What a new patient is worth
Answer two quick questions in Step 2 and we'll show you what one patient is worth — and what you can spend to get one.

Step 1 · Your treatments

One card per treatment you offer. Just fill in a few boxes — that's it. Going deeper? Add a card per product or per injector to compare them, and open "Other costs" on any card for supplies and card fees.

Step 2 · What's a patient worth?

Patients don't pay you once — they come back. Two numbers here unlock the most important math in your business.

How do you want to work it out?

Is my number good?

What you keep per treatment

the fancy name for this is “gross profit”
  • 30–40% is fine if you're newer — right now you're building reviews, reps, and a portfolio, not squeezing every dollar.
  • 60–70% is healthy once you're consistently booked.
  • Botox naturally runs higher margins than filler — filler at 50–60% is normal, not a problem.

What you can spend to get a patient

the fancy name for this is “LTGP to CAC ratio”
  • If a patient is worth thousands over the years and costs a few hundred to get, that spend isn't a bill — it's buying assets at a discount.
  • 3:1 — earning $3 back for every $1 spent — is the minimum healthy ratio. Great med spas run 5–8:1.
  • If your ratio is above 3:1, the growth move is spending more, not less — every dollar you don't spend is patients your competitors get instead.
